Late cancellations and no-shows really impact our business, our stylists, and other guests waiting for an appointment.
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking.
To help us accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist.
We send a reminder email 5 days prior and a text 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance when you receive these. If you do not receive a reminder, let us know so we can update your details.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours), reschedules, and missed appointments incur a 50% fee. We may use our discretion in cases of illness.
Yes, we do recommend booking in advance. Our appointments, especially with our Style Directors and for colour services, can book out several weeks ahead.
If you have a preferred stylist, day, or time, booking ahead will give you the best chance of securing an appointment that suits you. We also recommend rebooking before you leave the salon to help keep your hair looking its best and to maintain your regular schedule.
Need an appointment sooner? Give us a call or check our online booking - we'll always do our best to accommodate you, and we also have a cancellation list for last-minute availability.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can easily log in to your online booking account and move your appointment to another available time. Alternatively, you can give our salon a call or reply to your appointment confirmation email that is sent a week before, and our team will be happy to help.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible, as this allows us to offer your original appointment to another client and helps keep our schedule running smoothly.
